What people have said about us:

★★★★
“From beginning to end, The Big HOO-HAA! is a laugh riot that has the audience roaring so loudly they almost can’t catch their breath.”
“It feels like a combination of the very best of Monty Python’s Flying Circus and Whose Line Is It Anyway, with a light sprinkle of Australian charm over the top.”
— The West Australian
The Big HOO HAA is an Improvised comedy sketch show made up of some of the slickest, quickest, wittiest local talents you are ever likely to have the good fortune to encounter or be entertained by. Not only do they boast one of the best ongoing ensemble comedic casts year after year, but they are also one of the most popular, well known, much loved, and long standing performance groups the Perth entertainment circuit has ever seen.
— Fourth Wall Media
You know you’re on to a good thing when some of the town’s top comedians (arguably the hardest people to make laugh) come to be part of the audience and are eating up improvised one-liner gold.

Based in Boorloo (Perth), we work and play on the lands of the Whadjuk people, in the Noongar nation. We're so grateful to continue a history of storytelling, laughter, performing and bringing communities together.

We thank the traditional custodians of the land, water and skies of wherever we perform for their generosity and wisdom. Always was, always will be.
